Anita has worked across the public sector in both England and Scotland for over two decades, in a range of senior corporate leadership, performance improvement and business / digital transformation roles. She oversaw the setting up, and currently leads the deployment, of a national centre of expertise – the FD Support Offer – as part of the £2bn Frontline Digitisation programme, to support the successful implementation of Electronic Patient Records (EPRs) in NHS Trusts across England.

She also freelances as an Associate Consultant undertaking investigative analysis work on organisational issues primarily in the voluntary and academic sectors, aimed at promoting inclusivity and organisational excellence.
