Di Bullman is the Lead for ‘Supporting our Digital Experts’ in the Digital Readiness Programme at Health Education England. This aims to build a comprehensive professional landscape for specialists in digital, data, information and technology working in health and social care.

Key work is supporting the establishment of the Federation for Informatics Professionals (FEDIP) and professional bodies, as well as developing professional standards, learning and development products, professional networks and career pathways.She has an MSc in Workforce Development and Performance Management, is an Associate of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics and has worked in a wide range of workforce and organisational development roles in the NHS since 1990.
