Dr Chris Bunch joined the UK Caldicott Guardian Council in 2015 and was appointed as Chairman in 2017. He is a consultant physician at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and has been Caldicott Guardian there since 1998. He has particular interests in information protection and cyber security. He has also recently been a non-executive member of the Nene Clinical Comissioning Group.
