I am Johanna Kelly the CNIO and CSO in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells, a role that has created huge opportunities and exposure to exciting projects and wonderful colleagues! I am responsible for championing digital technology as an intrinsic part of clinician’s daily activities and the benefits this can achieve,

providing leadership support for innovation, and optimising digital systems. I am currently co-chair of the National Digital Shared Decision-Making Council a position I am extremely proud of, driving a positive supportive culture, promoting collaborative leadership and inspiring the next generation of digital clinicians.
