Ming Tang
Chief Data and Analytics Officer – NHS England
Ming has over 20 years’ experience in managing and delivering large scale change involving implementation of new operating models in complex and challenging environments.
She joined the NHS in October 2009, initially leading commissioning support services in the West Midlands as the Managing Director for Healthcare Commissioning Services and then as the Managing Director for South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Commissioning Support Unit.
Ming is currently the Chief Data and Analytics Officer for NHS England responsible for strategic development of data and analytics capability across NHS.
Tayo Iloh
Senior Implementation and Business Change Manager – London Transformation Directorate, NHS England
Tayo Iloh is a senior implementation and business change manager with a passion for supporting women in digital health. With expertise in strategic digital projects planning, change management, and project management, Tayo excels in converting business objectives into measurable technology goals. She possesses outstanding communication and leadership skills, the ability to manage stakeholders in complex relationships, and a strong strategic and analytical mindset. Tayo is dedicated to delivering innovative ideas and solutions, supporting C-Suite stakeholders, and building high-performing teams.
Tracey Thomas
Steering Group Member – The Shuri Network
Tracey Thomas is a grandmother, mother and Leader. She has experience in stakeholder engagement, programme and business management; supporting system change locally, regionally and nationally. Tracey is an active member of the Shuri Network Steering Group; contributing to leadership discussions, celebrating difference and supporting our members to grow in digital confidence. She designed and launched the digital shadowing programme in April 2021.
Danielle Oum
Chair – Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System
Danielle has a strong leadership background in strategic development, stakeholder engagement and transformational change spanning the public, private and voluntary sectors. In addition to her role as Chair for Coventry and Warwickshire ICB, she is also the Chair of Audit at Healthwatch England.
Previously Danielle has held the positions of Chair at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust, Chair at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust, Healthwatch Birmingham and Solihull, Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and Walsall Housing Group.
Danielle is committed to tackling inequalities and excited by the potential of ICSs to improve health services and promote healthy lives for the whole of the populations they serve.
Di Bullman
Future Workforce Lead – NHS Digital Academy
She has an MSc in Workforce Development and Performance Management, is an Associate of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics and has worked in a wide range of workforce and organisational development roles in the NHS since 1990.

Dr Shera Chok
Co-Founder & Chair – The Shuri Network
Shera is a GP in East London and is the chair and co-founder of the multi award-winning Shuri Network. As the former Chief Medical Officer and executive lead for clinical governance at NHS Digital she provided clinical, strategic and digital expertise to national programmes including the Covid vaccination and testing programmes, therapeutics, the NHS App and digital products used by millions of people to access information, health services and live healthier lives.
She started the Shuri Network in 2019 as she is passionate about increasing diversity, innovation and safety and to encourage other women from minority ethnic groups to lead and engage with digital transformation. She was awarded the international Richard von Weizsäcker Fellowship by the Robert Bosch Academy in Berlin in 2023 to examine the German digital health strategy and help develop new insights that will help health systems deliver more equitable and innovative care.
Shera has held national leadership roles with NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care, helping to develop and implement health policy, new models of care and Integrated Care Systems.
Shera has volunteered as a clinician in countries including Sudan, Laos, Indonesia and Greece with NGOs working in war and disaster zones and with displaced populations. She studied at the Institute of Healthcare Improvement, Kennedy School of Government and the Harvard School of Public Health on the NHS Executive Fast Track programme and has completed an M.B.A., M.A. in Inter-professional Education and a Nuffield Trust Fellowship on cross-organisational learning with Sunderland Athletic Football Club.
