Dr Penny Kechagioglou is a senior healthcare leader with more than 23 years’ experience across the NHS, alongside leadership roles spanning the public, private and voluntary sectors. A practising Consultant Clinical Oncologist, Medical Director and Chief Clinical Information Officer, she combines clinical expertise with strategic digital leadership. Penny is a strong advocate for integrated models of cancer care, using innovation and technology to improve outcomes, experience and system performance. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Warwick), an MBA (Bradford), an MSc in Public Health (UoL) and a Diploma in Digital Health Leadership (Imperial College). She is the author of Healthcare Innovation Success: Learning from Organisational Experience (Springer).
