Leading digital change: how to bring people with you
An interactive workshop in which we’ll explore how digital leaders can lead change in their organisations. Drawing from experience across sectors, we’ll explore tactics and techniques that leaders can use to bring people with them on the journey of change: from building alignment, to integrating other perspectives, to creating compelling stories which move people to take action. We’ll share key concepts and then work in pairs/small groups to put methods into practice against leaders’ real challenges.
Outcome: Leaders are equipped with tangible methods they can use to help them drive change in their organisations.
