Jessie Gungor

Jessie Gungor is the CNIO for nurses and AHPS and Digital Academy Lead at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL). He provides strategic leadership across digital transformation, workforce development, and clinical engagement, helping to bridge the gap between technology and frontline care. His work focuses on developing digital capability across the workforce and ensuring technology delivers meaningful benefits for patients and staff. Jessie co-led the development and launch of the Digital Impact Fellowship, an accredited programme affiliated with CHIME and the NHS Digital Academy, and has a particular interest in developing digital champions, building digital capability, and creating opportunities for healthcare professionals to develop the skills, confidence, and networks needed to lead digital change.
