Leah Parry

Leah Parry is a highly experienced digital leader with more than 15 years’ experience leading clinical transformation, digital strategy and patient safety. As Group Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) for Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals across Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, she provides strategic leadership for digital clinical safety, clinical governance and the successful adoption of digital technologies across one of the UK’s largest acute healthcare organisations.

Recognised as an HSJ Digital Leader of the Year finalist (2026), Leah has established a national reputation for bridging the gap between frontline clinical practice and digital innovation. While her expertise lies in delivery of digital change she is equally passionate about the people behind the technology, supporting individuals, teams and organisations to navigate change with confidence. She believes successful digital transformation is as much about understanding behaviours, culture and leadership as it is about implementing systems.
