Collaborating for efficiency: co-designing digital output
Delivering digital transformation at scale requires organisations to work together, not in isolation. This workshop will showcase how seven NHS trusts have collaborated on nursing documentation standardisation by bringing together subject matter experts to agree best practice, co-design digital outputs and create reusable configurations that can be shared across multiple trusts.
By adopting a “build once, use many” approach, the programme has reduced duplication, improved consistency and saved significant configuration time across organisations. The session will explore the practicalities of collaborative design, clinical engagement and shared digital development, offering valuable lessons for teams looking to drive greater efficiency, standardisation and innovation across health and care.
