Frontline productivity: from digitisation to benefits realisation

With NHS England’s new Frontline Productivity programme shifting the focus from digital adoption to measurable business change, the challenge for digital leaders is no longer implementing technology – it is demonstrating tangible improvements in productivity, patient care and workforce experience.
Linked to the Frontline Productivity Reference Group, this highly interactive workshop will explore emerging regional plans, lessons from across the NHS and practical approaches to translating digital investment into frontline impact. Through facilitated discussion and collaborative problem-solving, attendees will share experiences, identify common barriers and examine how organisations can move beyond implementation towards optimisation, adoption and measurable outcomes. The session will culminate in a practical set of priorities, recommendations and shared learning that participants can take back to their organisations to support local productivity initiatives and help deliver the ambitions of the NHS 10-Year Health Plan.
