One year on from the 10YHP: where are we and what’s next?

One year on from the NHS 10-Year Health Plan, how much progress has really been made – and what must happen next to turn ambition into lasting transformation? In this plenary panel, senior leaders from across health and care will reflect on delivery against the plan’s three strategic shifts, exploring achievements, ongoing challenges and the realities of implementation amid significant system transformation and restructuring.

The discussion will examine the critical role of digital, data and clinical leadership in reshaping services, improving integration across health and social care, and enabling new models of care delivery. Speakers will share frontline perspectives on what is working, where barriers remain, and how organisations and digital leaders can help drive the next phase of change across the NHS.
