Her broad experience working in both digital and non-digital roles has given her a unique perspective on what is needed to build effective digital teams, which she has demonstrated through the successful deployment and configuration of the trust’s electronic patient record.

Stacey is EPR Programme Manager at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. She was part of the team responsible for the initial go live of Sunrise EPR back in 2021 and since then has overseen the phased deployment of the system, enabling effective change management at the trust.
