Faye Sefton works for NHS Cheshire and Merseyside’s Radiology and Imaging Network as a Digital Programme Manager, with a range of business intelligence and digital projects within her portfolio. Including the PACS (picture archiving and communication system) Cloud Project, which involves implementing a new PACS Cloud solution for 12 NHS Trusts in the Cheshire and Merseyside Radiology and Imaging Network, data migration, usability design/training, and decommissioning individual local PACS servers.
David Williams
Regional Clinical Leadership Fellow – NHS England (Midlands)
David Williams is Regional Clinical Leadership Fellow within NHS Midlands where he leads several projects including Reconditioning the Nation and the Midlands AHP Informatics and Digital Network. Clinically, he works as a Digital Specialist Physiotherapist at the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton (UHDB). He also leads the Armed Forces Network at UHDB. He is the Vice-Chair of the Professional Committee at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and was awarded the Federation for Informatics Professionals 35 under 35 bursary after being identified as a future digital leader.

I hope to help drive positive change in clinical pathways through digital transformation in healthcare

Working with FEDIP after 42 years in the NHS, with expertise in records management and data quality. She worked for the DoH, implementing Copying Letters to Patients in the SW. Kim is a Fellow of IHRIM and is a Director on the Board. She was awarded the Royle Mansell Award, the highest accolade of the Institute. Kim is a member of the PRSB Advisory Board. She is a qualified coach, passionate about professionalism and is on the FEDIP register.
