Charlotte Clay

Charlotte is a PhD candidate at The University of Edinburgh. Her research is interested in maximising the beneficial value of digital technologies for health, with a focus on how ’success’ is understood and measured by different stakeholders across health systems. Charlotte spent over six years working in NHS England and NHSX, supporting national digital transformation programmes to embed benefits management, research and evaluation into their development and implementation.
