Minal Patel

Minal Patel MSc CHCIO MBCS FEDIP AdvPra is a senior digital transformation leader at NHS England, with over 20 years’ experience in digital health and care. Her career spans frontline NHS digital transformation roles through to national programme leadership. She is currently leading national work on Frontline Productivity, providing strategic leadership and oversight across investment areas that support productivity improvement across the seven NHS regions.

Minal has played a key role in major programmes including Frontline Digitisation and Connecting Care Records, with a focus on EPR delivery and interoperability translating national strategy into meaningful change for patients, clinicians and services. She is passionate about designing systems that work for people, strengthening digital capability and developing the next generation of health tech leaders.
