Ramandeep Kaur

Ramandeep is an enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about digital transformation and innovation, united digital clinical leadership, patient safety and raising the profile of digital pharmacy. She is currently the CXIO at University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group and University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. Her accoldaes include winning CCIO of the Year in 2024, being shortlisted for HSJ Digital Leader of the Year in 2025 and listed as one of the Top 100 Digital Leaders in Distilled Post in 2025. She has completed the Digital Health.London Pioneer Fellowship Programme and Cohort 4 of the NHS Digital Health Leadership Academy. She is proud to be co-vice chair of the CCIO Digital Health Network Advisory Panel, a member of the BCS, RPS, Shuri Network & UKCPA.
