Daniel Eyre

Daniel Eyre is responsible for business development for CereCore International and is focused on building the CereCore brand in the UK and other international markets. He has worked in healthcare for nearly 25 years and gained experience on implementing technology solutions while working within the NHS and in the private sector for EPR vendors and Nuance. Dan also worked for the consulting firm CapGemini on central government projects as well as healthcare organisations and witnessed the time savings that healthcare technology can bring to patient care and back-office employees. He brings this varied experience to work in partnership with organisations to help them deal with their pain points in the most appropriate and economical way. Dan attended Leeds Metropolitan University where he studied Systems Analysis and Design.

She has broad and deep knowledge of the Digital Healthcare Business in the Private and Public Sectors with a proven track record of delivering large and complex technology-enabled Transformation programmes. Sarah has extensive experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering programmes from contract negotiation to live service operation.

He is a member of the CIO advisory board, a CHIME Certificated Health Chief Information Officer and alumni of the Digital Academy.
He has three decades transformation and programme management experience. His first decade focused on UK military aircraft project for the T-45 Goshawk, Sea Harrier, AV-8B and Nimrod. During the last two decades, he has focused on digital transformation in the NHS, Information Technology services and Business Intelligence for NHS organisations. He has also had significant experience in the development of change strategies; digital developments and procurement of Information Technology Services and systems.
He is currently is leading the development of the Yorkshire & Humber Care Record, Digital transformation of Humber Coast & Vale ICS and the CIO of Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

I am currently the Chief Clinical Information Officer at University Hospitals of Northamptonshire. I have completed the Digital Health.London Pioneer Fellowship and Digital Health Leadership Academy programme. I am proud to be co vice chair of the CCIO advisory panel, Faculty of Clinical Informatics and Shuri Network member.
Debbie Loke
EPR director / CIO, University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS FT
Debbie started in the NHS 20 years ago and is currently the CIO / director of Digital at UHDB. Debbie’s IT career started in the private sector working for a large accounting firm and moving onto Data Warehouse / BI development for IBM, Vodafone and Safaricom. Debbie has successfully delivered several complex-EPR deployments alongside clinical digital projects such as EDRM, electronic prescribing, PACs, RIS and LIMS.
Hayley Grafton

Hayley Grafton is a passionate digital nurse leader, currently fulfilling the position of Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) at the University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL). Joining UHL from The Royal Marsden Hospital, where she was the CNIO for the implementation of an enterprise electronic patient record. With over two decades of experience, Hayley specialised in intensive care nursing initially before moving into the digital health field. Hayley was a successful candidate of Cohort 3 of the NHS Digital Academy, Digital Health Leadership programme and is Vice Chair of the Digital Health CNIO Advisory Panel. Hayley has a keen interest in harnessing the power of healthcare technologies to improve the experiences and outcomes of patients.
