Investigating Data and Digital Learning Principles for Undergraduate and Qualified Nurses and Midwives

Digital and Data innovation is a rapidly evolving field and there is significant variation in approaches to embedding education and learning across the learner and employed workforce, with some excellent best practice examples and challenges/gaps emerging, particularly within the interface between Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) and clinical practice learning.

This roundtable will form part of a number of similar events and will allow participants to express how digital and data learning is integrated into undergraduate and qualified staff training in their organisations. The ultimate goal will be to use this information promote a consistent message for effective digital awareness in student and staff training, and to formulate guidance to promote best practice for universities and practice development teams.

Attendees will help us to explore existing approaches and interventions, whilst also considering national solutions, with a focus on the undergraduate/pre-registration training pathway.

There are limited places available on this workshop so pre-registration is essential.
