Professor Gemma Stacey is Deputy Chief Executive of the Florence Nightingale Foundation, a registered mental health nurse and academic. She has grown the breath and volume of digital leadership development opportunities for nurses and midwives and contributed as panel chair to “The Ives Review”, a national education strategy to enable the digital readiness of the profession. Gemma’s contribution to the agenda is focused on ensuring data and digital are enablers to person centred practice through co-production, shared decision making and an emphasis on inclusion.
