Join us in exploring the effective utilisation of digital, data, and technology (DDaT) job role profiles within the NHS. This session will provide valuable insights into the development and implementation of DDaT profiles specifically tailored for the healthcare sector. Discover practical examples highlighting the application of these profiles and their role in determining Agenda for Change banding. BCS Health and Care, in collaboration with FEDIP and NHS England, have spearheaded the creation of these job role profiles, aiming to assist organisations in evaluating and advancing their digital workforce, while empowering individuals to plan their personal development accordingly.

Sam Robinson is the Associate Director of Live Services at NHS Digital. She has worked in health IT for over 15 years at a local, regional and national level which has given her a wide range of experience delivering digital services into the healthcare sector. Sam’s experience spans across Programme Delivery and IT Service Management and she is passionate about the importance of reliable and secure IT infrastructure as a foundation for successful digital delivery.
Sam led the delivery of the NHS Digital IT Operations provision for the national Covid response services (such as National Testing Service, Covid Vaccination Service) building the capability to support these critical services 24*7 throughout their rapid development and implementation. She views this role as one of the greatest privileges of her career so far.
