An interactive session led by clinicians who have deployed digital flow solutions across a range of NHS settings. The data opportunity and broader benefits created by digital flow solutions is well understood, but these benefits are only realised if solutions are adopted and data detailed and timely. Ensuring clinical adoption of flow solutions is critical to their success, and absence of this is often the difference between benefit or not. Hear from NHS teams who have led successful flow deployments, and what they have learnt along the journey. The session will start with a brief presentation to provide context, with the rest of the session given over to panel Q & A. Panel: NHS CCIO, CNIO from both Acute and Mental Health Trusts.
