Arjun is a General Practitioner and lives and works in Ealing, London. After graduating from University College London in 2003, he undertook medical training and gained MRCP in 2007. He then retrained as a GP, gaining MRCGP in 2009. He has postgraduate diplomas in Medical Education and Healthcare Informatics.
In 2009, Arjun became a Managing Partner at the Argyle Health Group, where he leads a team caring for 21,000 patients. The practice has won multiple awards including BMJ Primary Care Team of the Year in 2015 and Clinical Team of the Year in 2016. His clinical interest lies in Care Homes Medicine.

Vin Diwakar is the Medical Director for Transformation in the National Transformation Directorate and leads on the secondary care portfolio in the National Improvement Directorate.

Dr Rhidian Bramley is a founding member of the CCIO leaders’ network and former CCIO leader of the year. He is a consultant radiologist at the Christie NHS trust and diagnostic, digital and innovation clinical lead with the Greater Manchester cancer alliance leading on projects including PACS and imaging AI.

Sam Robinson is the Associate Director of Live Services at NHS Digital. She has worked in health IT for over 15 years at a local, regional and national level which has given her a wide range of experience delivering digital services into the healthcare sector. Sam’s experience spans across Programme Delivery and IT Service Management and she is passionate about the importance of reliable and secure IT infrastructure as a foundation for successful digital delivery.
Sam led the delivery of the NHS Digital IT Operations provision for the national Covid response services (such as National Testing Service, Covid Vaccination Service) building the capability to support these critical services 24*7 throughout their rapid development and implementation. She views this role as one of the greatest privileges of her career so far.
Scott Andrew is a Healthcare Industry Director for the UK & Ireland at Dell Technologies, based in London. A seasoned healthcare business transformation expert, Scott is responsible for the execution of Dell Technologies healthcare strategy for the UK & Ireland.
A critical focus is in working with the NHS to develop and deliver digital transformation strategies across the NHS to improve clinical outcomes, patient safety, care and quality. In this role, Scott delivers strategic leadership, and with his team of technology specialists from across Dell Technologies, Scott builds and delivers change and transformation solutions to overcome often complex business challenges across the NHS. He has a detailed understanding of what challenges are being faced on the front line, having spent time working in the NHS and in shadowing staff within these organisation. Scott has a specific expertise in healthcare informatics. Scott re-joined Dell Technologies from Google in 2022, after four years previously at Dell Technologies as Regional Director of Healthcare. He holds a Degree in Business and Finance.
Sam brings 30 years of healthcare experience, including senior leadership roles at global healthcare providers, to Insource. Using his focus and vision, together with his deep understanding of the UK healthcare market and technology, he is strategically growing the company to deliver solutions and services that the NHS needs now and in the future.
I am the Lead Digital Pharmacist & Clinical Lead for Automation at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Both of these roles allow me to pursue my passion for safe digital transformation and remain at the forefront of providing patient care. I have a strong background in working with and range of Digital Pharmacy Systems, and in utilising RPA Automation for organisational benefits.
I currently hold the role of Digital Transformation Lead and Deputy CIO for Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent ICB and Digital Delivery Director within the Midlands & Lancs CSU. My ICB role includes responsibility for delivery of the system Digital Strategy and development of the digital roadmap and operational plan which underpins our investments.
Shauna is currently the Chief Information Officer & Executive Board member at Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust (NLaG). She has over 15 yrs. experience working in the Canadian Healthcare system. She relocated to the UK in late 2015 to join Frimley Health as their CIO and then went on to be a Partner in Digital Transformation Consulting at South Central & West CSU.
Sarah is the Head of Operations and Chair of the Operations Committee at FEDIP. Sarah is particularly excited to be working with her colleagues on job role and career frameworks projects to translate this work into interactive and practical tools practitioners can use to build their career paths.
Stacey [RGN, BSc, MSc] is the CNIO at the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. She has held various digital transformation roles in three large NHS acute trusts since 2017. Before taking up positions in digital transformation, she worked clinically in the Emergency Department, medical wards, and the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement team.
Dr Simon Eccles is the national Chief Clinical Information Officer for Health and Care, and head of profession for CCIOs. As part of the newly established NHSE/I Transformation Directorate, Simon has responsibility for clinical programmes including digital primary care, the digital transformation of screening, and enhancing clinical safety.

Tracey Thomas is a grandmother, mother and Leader. She has experience in stakeholder engagement, programme and business management; supporting system change locally, regionally and nationally. Tracey is an active member of the Shuri Network Steering Group; contributing to leadership discussions, celebrating difference and supporting our members to grow in digital confidence. She designed and launched the digital shadowing programme in April 2021.
