Mark Hutchinson is an experienced NHS Executive CDIO and one of the CIO Top 100. With a proven track record in delivering large scale, complex transformational projects at several acute trusts, he is passionate about using technology to drive change and improve patient safety and care. He currently leads an award winning digital and information team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Trust.

Debbie started in the NHS 20 years ago and is currently the CIO / director of Digital at UHDB. Debbie’s IT career started in the private sector working for a large accounting firm and moving onto Data Warehouse / BI development for IBM, Vodafone and Safaricom. Debbie has successfully delivered several complex-EPR deployments alongside clinical digital projects such as EDRM, electronic prescribing, PACs, RIS and LIMS.
Andy Williams is a nationally recognised Chief Digital & Information Officer and Change Architect with over 25 years experience. The experience Andy has ranges from turn-around CIO roles to national leadership roles and he has delivered large scale digitally inspired change ensuring delivery by teams with a clinically led, patient focus.
Healthcare Industry Director – Dell Technologies
Scott Andrew is a Healthcare Industry Director for the UK & Ireland at Dell Technologies, based in London. A seasoned healthcare business transformation expert, Scott is responsible for the execution of Dell Technologies healthcare strategy for the UK & Ireland.
A critical focus is in working with the NHS to develop and deliver digital transformation strategies across the NHS to improve clinical outcomes, patient safety, care and quality. In this role, Scott delivers strategic leadership, and with his team of technology specialists from across Dell Technologies, Scott builds and delivers change and transformation solutions to overcome often complex business challenges across the NHS. He has a detailed understanding of what challenges are being faced on the front line, having spent time working in the NHS and in shadowing staff within these organisation. Scott has a specific expertise in healthcare informatics. Scott re-joined Dell Technologies from Google in 2022, after four years previously at Dell Technologies as Regional Director of Healthcare. He holds a Degree in Business and Finance.
